Pesci

Pesci hurls a fishing hook at the target, dealing damage equal to 1400% of Attack to the furthest enemy within 6 tiles 3 times. While channeling this skill, Pesci pulls the target toward him by 1 tiles 3 times per second. This skill lasts for 3 seconds, and the target remains Stunned throughout this duration. Pesci cannot use basic attacks while channeling, and any crowd-control effect will interrupt this skill. Dispelling the target's Stun effect will also interrupt this skill.

Pesci entangles his target with fishing line, restricting their movement. Deals damage equal to 270% of Attack and has a 80% chance to Stun the target for 1 seconds. Cooldown: 15 seconds.

Reduces cooldown to 13 seconds. Increases damage to N% of Attack and Stun chance to 90%.

Reduces cooldown to 10 seconds. Increases damage to 350% of Attack and Stun chance to 100%.
