Akira Otoishi

At the beginning of each battle, Akira Otoishi deploys an invulnerable battery at his location that provides up to 20 stacks of Electricity. In addition, Akira gains 5 stacks of Electricity by default. Akira loses 1 stack of Electricity every 5 seconds during combat. When his Electricity stacks are depleted, if the battery has any remaining Electricity stacks, he retreats to the battery and regains 5 stacks of Electricity. When releasing this skill, Akira deals damage equal to 1200% – 1800% of Attack. The lower the target's Energy, the higher the damage dealt.
